Big foot bike 2019

Did you know that you get a $55 fine if you get caught riding a bike without a helmet? Well I didn't! lets get started! On Thursday the 28th of November Hauraki and Nirvana-Jayde got to ride bikes! There were numbers for the bikes like 1907 or 1902 well mine was 1905! My bike was a orange gray blackish kind of one. I got to be a model for a bike patrol. I had to wear a bag helmet and a jacket! I also learned if you don't have a strap on your helmet you tighten it. Righty tighty Loosely gooesy! I could tell you more but well move on to the biking, at first I didn't know how to ride a bike! Until Henry, Sheryl and Ms Sands showed me how to. I'll tell you! First you have to put up your left/right paddle and put your left/right knee. Put your other foot on the ground and push both of your legs. If your not ready just start warming up with pushing your legs of the ground and you will start to feel the balance start doing it 2 more times and then you will be ready to ride a bike. I was in the training sorry about that... Anyway at the end we got a pencil and a pin! That's all I remember I'm sorry! But I might get a bike for xmas! Anyway bye!

Fustal

At Futsal we played a game called Shark attack with our coaches Kingsley and Leon. We also played a game called swap. Let me tell you about it. Every time Coach 1 tells us to swap we stop and run away from our ball and go to another, the last one that isn't on a ball has to do a animal impression.

On October 23rd of 2019 term 4 Te waka ako went to New world with Rebecca who work for "Food for thought" Foundation, she taught us about which food we should pick and which food we shouldn't. She also taught us how much sugar are in drinks. She used empty bottles and some bags of sugar to show us. 3rd day she took us on a trip to New world. We had to sort out our groups before we went off to the shops. I had to be in Ms Sands group which had Torian, Ayva, Me, Disaree and Allen. Our team started off with the cereals. Weetbix and Neskqik. I found out that Weetbix has 2.8 grams of sugar in it. I found out that Neskqik had 29.9 grams of sugar in it. Next up we had the breads. I chose "softer for longer" and "Nature fresh wheatmell" I found out that Softer for longer had 8% of Energy in it and Nature fresh had 1030 KJ of Energy. After the bread we went to the museli bars. The 2 I choose was Mixed berry and Real milk choc. Mixed berry had 28.9 grams of fat! and Real milk choc had 28.7 grams of fat. After that we went to the Snack aisle. I chose Peckish rice crackers and Delisio chips. I learnt they both have no Dietary Fibre! but they did have Sodium. Rice crackers have 120 mg of Sodium. And the Delisio chips had 683 mg of Sodium. And lastly we had to do the calcium. With Uno yogurt and tiptop ice cream. Uno has 124 mg of Calcium in it while tiptop had... well none.. After all I have been eating somethings wrong. We all have, now! Up to the Fruit and Vegetables. I have A lot of them so... I won't say them. Now that we finished the hunt we all got a lunchbox with 3 kids on them holding a carrot, banana and a apple. Super market trip ~ Teuila. M
